Received the wrong item or something defective?
If you’ve received the wrong item, or your item is defective or damaged, please email us at Support@HarlowSydney.com so we can assist you as quickly as possible.
Not satisfied with your order?
No problem — you may return your items within 14 days of delivery, as long as they are in original, unused, and saleable condition.
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, you’ll be eligible for a full refund, excluding return shipping fees.
We’re unable to refund or exchange any items that appear used, opened, or are not returned in their original condition.

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for return, items must be:

With original tags still attached

Returned in their original packaging

Accompanied by proof of purchase (e.g. order confirmation)

⚠️ Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If you receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, notify us immediately with a photo or video, and we’ll resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

After receiving and inspecting your return, we’ll notify you if the refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Please note: bank processing times may vary depending on your provider.
